A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. The kitchenette is also located on this level, fully integrated into the open living space. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms: one fitted with a french bed and another with 2 individual beds. A full bathroom and a separate WC are also available on this floor, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests. The property features a balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy at your leisure.
