Modern Lavish Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house with its own private entrance. You will have to climb the stairs to go up to this apartment. Each guest receives a complimentary gift basket and a bottle of wine from the host. Apartment has its unique taste with california style closets in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bed side table and a walk in closet Cieling fan and a portable fan in the room. The second bedroom has a large queen size bed with a bed side table and double closets with a cieling fan. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with two bedside tables and a double closet also with a cieling fan.Plenty of storage for our long term guests. The living room features a brand new luxurious couch with a brand new 50 inch smart tv and a split Unit Air Conditioner.Guests get free subscription to netflix. The living room also offers a dining table which has its own unique style and could also be used as a counter or a bar. The kitchen is immaculate with all brand new appliances an electric stove, convection microwave, large size sink, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans for decent cooking.

Great neighborhood

This apartment was clean, and well decorated. The kitchen was great and made for a much better experience than a hotel. Our host was polite and accommodating and helped us with anything we needed.
