Tucked into a peaceful, tree‑lined neighborhood, you'll be just a 3-minute walk to the lake and a fantastic local park—perfect for viewing 4th of July fireworks, enjoying tennis courts, playgrounds, and the seasonal Friday evening Big Bear Lake Farmers Market. Plus, it's only minutes from Snow Summit, the Village, and countless hiking and biking trails—making it effortless to soak up everything Big Bear has to offer.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft single‑story home featuring an inviting living room with a smart TV, dining table, and an easy to use electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing nights in after mountain adventures. Enjoy the rare luxury of air-conditioning, an uncommon and welcome amenity in Big Bear during the summers.
