Horrible! Dirty! My straws on all the utensils and dishes. Spiderwebs everywhere. The dishes were all dirty. This place was not cleaned properly and has not been touched for months. Then they sent us to another location, which was a bit better, but still not good. Wasted our vacation, looking for places to stay and I almost went home less for a night. Horrible experience!

The cabin was very comfortable, well equipped and close to attractions. Everything was there for us, hot tub, board games, great bunk beds. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at this at this cabin. We have been going to Big Bear for many years and this cabin was so much better that a hotel room.
