Outdated bathroom with water damage on doors and very poor shower. Toilet also squeezed into a very narrow section where the toilet roll holder cut you if you not careful. Ac also failed to work. Value for money also poor. Breakfast is also a 1 star experience. I'll never stay here again.

Good hotel & location, toilets didnt have a fan or vent so that was annoying a bit. Room can get stuffy after showers & smell after #2 - its also next to a club so you hear music til 6am if you dont mind. Otherwise its near a lot of stuff.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and friendly service. Amazing location for seeing the city of Bilbao. Only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
