First time at Hilton in Surfers Paradise QLD
5 / 5
The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark.
Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely.
Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs. There were some changes to the buffet but you will always find scrambled eggs and bacon for sure. Staff are amazing too. Cathy, who was the front counter greeter all three mornings was amazingly friendly and approachable too.
The hotel was clean and tidy, although the king bed may not have been as comfy as I'd hoped but you know what its not bad as some hotels I've stayed at.
There is a gym and several pools, as well as a spa and sauna. Eforea onsite offers treatments such as massages, facials..I had two appointments both with the amazing Terese, who was fantastic hands like a goddess.
Overall I was impressed with Hilton, its super close to trams so you can hop on and travel quite easily and super close to the beach and there are soooo many places to eat too.
