Beware of Hidden Fees called Deposits

The website says they charge 10$ per pet, with a 50$ deposit. When I arrived on site to check in they said the deposit wasn't refundable. I told the front clerk that if you don't refund was a fee, not a deposit as advertised and what the clerk said. With that fee, the room was almost double in cost.

It was new and clean, nice kitchenette area. There were no comfy chairs to sit on, only 2 straight back hard kitchen type chairs…not good for a person with back problems. No coffee in the lobby. Friendly courteous staff…

the person at the counter complained that they were not set up for short term stay, told everyone about how short staffed they were with house cleaners, how over extended she was. The rooms were very spartan in furniture and comfort. It was clean

The room was new! Clean! But very little amenities! No breakfast! Not even ice!! Not even a coffee pot in room! But in a nice area! Good for one night!

No sure why it is called an extended stay

The rooms are normal size rooms with a small kitchenette. However there is no ironing board, no hangers, no coffee maker, nothing to cook with in the kitchen. If you want any of these items you have to go to the front desk and ask for them very inconvenient. Also ordered Uber eats as my 90 y.o. grandmother had oral surgery and was not doing well and they would not let the Uber driver come up with my meal. So I had to leave her in the room and go to the lobby which is behind locked doors from the rooms.
