No sleep and no breakfast!
We checked in fine. Went to
Our room. It was fine. Noticed we didn’t have enough towels and wash cloths and had to go down to get some. In the meantime we noticed that we didn’t have bedclothes for the oullout. I caught a housekeeper in the hallway and asked her about this. She was able to give me a sheet set but told me I’d have to go downstairs to the desk for a pillow and blanket… really. Did not offer to get one to us…. After we lay down to sleep the people in the room upstairs started jumping and hopping making terrible noise in their room. I tried to call and got disconnected because the cord was broken on the receiver and would not stay in the phone. He held it in and called again. Told them about the upstairs and the phone. She said she would call the upstairs and the phone would have to be put in a maintenance request…. The noise upstairs did not end. I ended up going upstairs and asking them to be quiet. He said he had 3 toddlers that were getting ready to go to bed. We were told breakfast was 6:30-9:30. I got to the dining area a little before 9. There were no sausage, no gravy and a spoonful of eggs. No toast or muffins and no yogurt. When asked the lady said sorry they were out. Very disappointing stay at this hotel!
