Upon arrival the young lady working from the desk was seated and sis not stand to greet me. I understand there may have been a physical issue. But that coupled with her casual dress (no hotel uniform) was disconcerting. While she was not rude, she was far from pleasant.
During my stay, the guests in a neighboring room were extremely loud. I attempted to call the front desk, but no one answered the phone. This made for a restless stay.
The next morning when exiting my room there were several young men who quickly approached my area. I later realized they were working with the housekeepers and were going to the room next door. But because no one wore uniforms, it was concerning.
