Room was comfy, but the experience was spoiled by a couple having a drunken argument from 11:30pm to midnight ish, then picking up right where they left off at about 7:30am.

Staff are vile have no customer service , police raided the hotel at 2 am in the morning with dogs and guns . Wanted my refund as this caused me to have an anxiety attack in their property staff just shouted verbal abuse at me and told me to contact the website I booked from . Staff are useless and no help at all 1 woman her attitude is appauling she has no customer service at all had to complain about an incident to do with her the night before aswell .

I’m staying at the Mosley arms and I’ve had a panic attack as police barged into the hotel with terrorist police and dogs barking I’m scared and there’s no where to rebook I’ve got videos and pictures this is a joke

Stayed for 1 night. Staff were friendly. Small room but for the price was expected. 10 minutes walk to the Bullring which was ideal for us. Free on site parking which was great.

I choose this property simply because it was within walking distance of a venue I was visting on a Saturday night It's about 20 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins to the coach station and walkable to the centre, pending where you want to go. I didn't use the car park The staff member on duty was very friendly/helpful/informative. A very easy check in/check out My room was on the ground floor with the car park/ outdoor seating visible. It was clean, warm and well prepared However, it was a Saturday night and outside was extremely noisy until well after 1.00am plus a disco inside A few people have mentioned the rundown area and lack of any decent shops/restaurants/coffee bars. There is Cost Cutter at the end of the road for very basic things Overall, it will suit anyone requiring good basic clean out of city accommodation and who isn't bothered about noise

The pub was very noisy and the room above was very creaky. Noisy room neighbours and lack of sleep. The food was good and reasonable priced.

The bed was comfortable and thats all that is positive. The bathroom stank and the carpet was dirty. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything. Ok if you just need to rest your head for the night, but i wont be returning.

Close to city centre with own carpark, friendly check in and bar staff. Just one note of caution there is music until 1AM I knew prior to booking and was told when I checked in. Will I use again - most probably yes. Good value for money

Wasn’t expecting much for the price but this place has proper bedsit vibes. Loud music until 2am in the pub was the last straw. Not a good stay
