Awful experience

Pros: Grounds
Cons: Organisation
We arrived expecting a terrific stay however the bad vibes commenced at checkin. Staff very unfriendly and totally disorganised. Dined at the restaurant which was not located to take advantage of the views outside accross the gardens. Very understaffed and didn't inspire us to spend any extra money. Escaped early the next morning.
