Reception was great, really friendly. Close to the sea and excellent location. The rooms are very different to what's shown on the website, but its clean, basic and does the job for one night. It's not the Ritz, but it's Blackpool and by Blackpool standard, it's ok

Booked standard double which was literally the size of a cupboard, holes in the wall, stained towels as rough as sand paper! Asked to change rooms, charged us £10 for a slightly bigger space. Decor very tired, bed so hard it was like sleeping on the floor! The toilet was constantly filling so constanr noise, no heating! Damp and mould around the ceiling. Broken window latch and awful view! Constant bleeping all night from smoke alarm

The room we got was not the one advertised. It was so small. The tiny tv was on the top of the wardrobe, the window was so dirty, the shower wasnt clean, we xould hwre the people upstairs snoring, everything creaked, including the bed. It was secure, the manager was really lovely. Its a stones throw from the beach. Place itself could do with a major refurbishment

The room wasn't up to standard the guilt cover had blood stain on it the mattress was badly stained liked like urine no mattress protector on the mattress didnt injoy my stay at all

The staff where very friendly and the room we had booked was good and the beach view was amazing the service was okay they need to have someone to come and clean the bedrooms that one thing we didn’t not like but otherwise it okay okay for us to stay at oh and if you ever want to book here they don’t do breakfast that was another point we picked up on it was very hard for us because we are strict vegetarians so we found it very hard to find a good vegetarian restaurant

I booked 2 room one with 2 single beds which the room was far to small i also booked a room with a seaview which was great.The manager of the hotel was amazing helping my mum who is in a wheelchair and also helped with our bags to our rooms which i thought was a nice touch to welcome us and any problems we had was looked at right away nothing was to much trouble for him and we also left a day early because of the weather and he offered us a free one night stay if we return.

Excellent stay, the owner was very attentive. The family room has an amazing view of the beach and the promenade! Really good location close to Central Pier and the onsite parking was great. Thank you for a great trip!
