The hotel/ rooms need some serious updating. All rooms I was offered 3 different alternative are decorated still the same as 25years ago, breakfast/ entertainment was truly awful.

Everything was great, food quality and variety was great, service, comfort etc were excellent. The location is great with public transport (trams) opposite the hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. As far as value for money goes I can say this is one of the best deals I have had. No hesitation to recommend the hotel.

Got pay at the property, reception didn't grant my wishes cash on check-in. Just said it's paid for now so can't alter pay by cash at reception. I was very unhappy about it especially £50 per night refundable for room incident charge.

Food was good especially the breakfast the staff in the restaurant and Bar were excellent, Reception staff good have been a little more friendly not just at check-in but throughout the stay i.e when on way to breakfast a nice good morning would have been nice.
