The room was like a third world war terrorised space where the existence of cleanness hygiene and safety did not exist, the customer service and the fact that everything was so visible and they would ignore the issue was just out of this world. Basically i do not know how with all these health and safety rules and regulation they can even operate on such sites

The rooms look nothing at all like the pictures on your website the rooms where next to basic bedspread was awful had dog pics aĺl over it bathroom was extremely small but fairly clean and as for breakfast it was awful no where properly to eat no dinning area it was served cold and without a clhot drink for a charge of £6 which two of our part payed for as we received our for free as compensation to not having a room available only room we was offered was one that didnt lock frombthe outside but did from the inside so we agreed to take it as blackpool was booked up

Overbooked hotels

Maybe it would have been if the hotel wasnt overbooked when i got there! No room after a long drive was disgraceful, then a long journey back as there was no other alternative, ill use travel lodge or call the hotel direct next time

room was filthy and had a bad smell and flys flying round, got moved next room was the same had it cleaned again and still filthy, mould on windows and blinds did not eveen shut. kept up all night by noise too
