We enjoyed our one night stay while visiting family. The staff were friendly & very helpful,our room was clean & comfy. Didn’t get much sleep as there was a function on so it was quite noisy late into the night. Good location,a short walk to the pubs & shops.

Excellent stay!

Really friendly receptionist upon arrival. A few places left in the carpark which was a bonus. Room on 3rd floor but lift available if required. Wallpaper not my taste but fairly spacious room very clean and very warm. Breakfast freshly prepared to order; staff couldn't do enough to help. Very nice quiet bar with lively entertainment in a ballroom that wasn't for me. Really pleased - will be back next year!

It's the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it's one of the better family hotels weve stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean! Atmosphere is nice, entertainment is good too. Very impressed once again

There was long wait for breakfast, breakfast tables hadn’t been cleared away. Run out of bread to make toast and wasn’t given the opportunity of brown, they sent a staff member to get more bread and a longer wait. Then was told by a staff member that the cooked breakfast would be another 8 minutes due to the bacon being defrosted. With that we left, informed reception, who were shocked. My partner asked for a refund and we did no have the breakfast.
