Yes the room was clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee etc The staff were very polite and welcoming had a lovely experience.will definitely go again. Restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was 1st class.

As always, the staff were excellent. Room was basic but clean and had all that was needed although the heating was suspect the first night. Meals were good. All in all, a good weekend stay.

The room was spotless and a comfy bed but it was just a standard double which is not really big enough for my tall husband. Staff were very nice. Car parking was a bit steep £10 per day. Breakfast was good. Loved the seating overlooking the sea.

I booked a family seaview room and expected to face the sea, but I actually faced another building. But if you looked to the left, you could see the sea! The floorboards in the room were so squeaky that they woke everyone up if you needed to visit the toilet in the night. The room was clean however and lovely selection of tea and coffee and plenty of towels. Breakfast was nice too.

Room smelt of sewage from bathroom, reported to staff in morning who laughed it off. Questioned 3 times about wether I’d paid for breakfast and nearly stopped from having it, even though it said on the hotels app that breakfast was included.

lovely large warm and clean family room with Tea/coffee milk and condiments available upon arrival. Swimming pool was a great bonus. As a family we will be back next time we stay in Bournemouth 10min walk to town & 15min walk to beach
