This property was awful to be honest, the management were very rude, towards me an my partner in every way I didn’t feel comfortable at all in anyway in this property the breakfast was ok with one of everything but the rest was terrible in every way never again ….

Just returned from a1 night stay at this lovely b&b after meeting up with friends at the pleasure beach. Donna was a warm a d friendly host. We stayed in room 11 which was described as a small double room but was plenty big enoùgh, bed was comfy and the bedding so cosy. Small but adequate ensuit. Everywhere was spotless. Breakfast which was chosen the night before was delicious the best fried egg ever, no horrible crispy bottom or edges(my pet hate) thre was a choice of cereals, pastries and a little fridge with a choice of different yogurts, milk for the cereals and bottles of chilled water. The only minute problem was the flush on the toilet could do with a look at but we forgot to say anything. Good value for money we would definitely stay again if visiting Blackpool again

Absolutely brilliant little place. Spotless. Cosy. Friendly would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Was jade to feel so welcome as a solo traveller. Donna was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely delicious

Great 2 nights stay

This is the cleanest and comfiest b&b we have ever stayed in in blackpool and we have been coming for 20 years.everything lovely 100% and so are the owners.the breakfast was beaufiful with so much on offer in the dining room.thank you for a really nice stay

Really friendly and good value for money; having stayed in Blackpool for the past few years this was the best hotel. Additionally the owner let me park in his parking spot for the 4 days which was a really nice gesture. Would highly recommend.

Lovely lady, rang on the morning of our stay. Greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean room and bed and towels. Excellent breakfast. Within about 15mins of the centre walking and right on a tram stop. Also 15 minutes from the sandcastle and secure parking. Although parking nearer by. Beautiful Christmas decorations too

Lovely diamond of a B&B.

Weather was gr8. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast options had a good variety. Cooked breakfast was fabulous. Hosts were brilliant. 5 minute to beach and amusements. Lovely and clean. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone. It's a little diamond of a place.
