Stayed a couple of nights in a standard double room. Room size ok but very very dated, bath stained, sink cracked, sash window straight onto kitchen porter area so noise from early in a morning. Tv perched on a floor standing tv stand so you couldn’t really see it from the bed. Lovely old historic building but that doesn’t mean they should of let standards drop which unfortunately they have

Old building in Blackpool that years ago would have been very classy, still good & an experience that will stay with you. room fine breakfast good, about 1000 y from Blackpool proper but trams & buses just outside. Fleetwood ferry worth visit bay spectacular when tide out

Friends Weekend Break.

Very impressive looking Hotel from the outside, equally impressive inside as well. Reception very professional on check in and nothing to much bother for them or any other staff members.. Only downside from my point of view was the waiting for a table for breakfast, other than that would definitely recommend a stay.

Enjoyable Break

We had a couple of nights in a sea view room with clean windows which is a first for us in Blackpool, car park has plenty of space and is chargeable £10 a night, fine with that, we had breakfast included and is very good, worth the money, we also took advantage of a drinks package which we found to be excellent value and well worth it, bar staff are really helpful and pleasant, being mid week didn’t expect entertainment but there was singers on both nights and it was very watchable, overall we had a very nice stay and have booked again in the near future, hope the drink package will still be available though, bedroom furniture was a little dated but room was serviced daily and very clean so happy with everything and looking forward to next vist

Had 2 nights at the imperial hotel. Nice big off street car park, £10 a night which is fine, had a sea view room which was nice, not big but adequate with clean windows which is a first for us in Blackpool, furniture was a bit tired but ok, room was cleaned daily with plenty of tea an coffee plus nice bathroom toiletries, they have a great deal on drinks at the bar which is one of the reasons we have booked again for a August stay

I like the Imperial but it would have been nice if the telephone in the room worked and there had been room service. There was no information as to how to use the shower. I would have liked the tv to have subtitles. The room was spacious and comfortable also reasonably priced and in a good location.

Two night bank holiday stay

We stopped for two nights on May day bank holiday and Tuesday to watch the Gary Barlow concert. This the third time we have stopped at the hotel in standard double room. We parked on the road outside for which is free. The room was clean, warm and spacious. We had breakfast which is good with plenty of choices. On the first night we had a three course meal in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent. On the first night we were watched the Entertainment in the hall next to the bar. Lee and Victoria were excellent. We really enjoyed it. We bought some drinks vouchers which worked out at £3 for a pint or gin n tonic. It is a good deal. Check in was quick and the staff really friendly. The staff were really nice in the bar and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return again.
