First, I had to sign something that was explained as "You will not smoke, bring in pets, steal or break anything...". Checked in at 4pm. It took a while. The maintenance man was assisting at the front desk. He was very nice, but took him a while to get checked in. The room we walked into had not been cleaned. We then came back downstairs and were given a clean room.

They gave away my room

When we arrived I was informed that the room I had booked, almost 2 months in advance, was actually overbooked and someone was staying in the room I was supposed to have. This put me and my kids in a single king room versus the double queen so we did not have the number of beds we needed. The place as dirty and falling apart. Nothing like the pictures at all. Very dingy and gross.

The inside of the building and the building itself were tapped up very well. The rooms were beautiful, clean and seemingly newly remodeled. However, the ground the parking lot had humongous, potholes, overgrown, weeds, garbage laying all over the parking lot. That being said, the staff was great.
