The toilet must of flooded before we got there. The carpet was sopping wet and we had to use all of our towels. It smelled very musky and even though it was non-smoking, it reeked of smoke. Also all small items are not updated or fixed. Sink leaked, little water pressure, blinds don’t shut all the way. Pretty gross!

-lobby smelled like cigarette smoke -room clearly had not be used or looked at in quite some time…floors were wet from humidity, cigarette butt under toilet, water didn’t drain in shower, no soap to wash hands, no sheets for pullout couch, entire floor smelled like weed, room smelled like mildew. Worst experience, will never return.

Dirty carpets/musty smell in the rooms. All the doors to the rooms in the hallways look beaten and destroyed. I had asked when I checked in for a late checkout which was granted till noon. Then I got a call that I needed to leave immediately at 11am. Poor service and there’s so many better places to stay in the area. Choice hotels are always a letdown….

Bathroom was dirty, and bathroom door did not latch. Cover sheet had stains all over, as well as a dark brown nasty spot on the curtains. Bed was not comfortable. Front desk lady was not pleasant, and makes it obvious she does not like her job.
