Check out time is 12:00. I have housekeeping knocking at my door MULTIPLE times at 11:30 even after yelling back that I’m still occupied, and my DND sign is even on my door handle. 11:50 I’m bringing my stuff down to my car; I have to make 2 trips because I can’t carry everything. As I’m coming back up from my 1st trip down, housekeeping is already in my unit at 11:53. Like hello?? I have my belongings in there still and I’m not even checked out yet. Do better. This was very upsetting.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was in disrepair had to hold handheld and couldn't leave it spraying on its own. Customer service was good. Nice breakfast selection.
