It is just 3 blocks from Main Street and 2 1/2 blocks from Bass Lake with 32 miles of hiking trails on the magnificent Cone Estate. Take a leisurely walk around Bass Lake or a brisk hike up to Rich Mountain without having to get in a car. Enjoy the shopping on Main Street and dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in town then have a leisurely walk back to your apartment past the Broyhill park pond, baseball field and swimming pool.
