Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens Tours and Activities

Room was spacious and clean. Front counter staff were very obliging throughout my stay. Very convenient position and close to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and light rail.

I booked into a single bed room, because I was travelling alone, but didn’t expect the room to be so small. Not even a chair! The bathroom was a good size, very clean, nice strong shower. The room was very quiet and clean. The reception staff were polite and accommodating.

Bathroom needs major upgrading - no where to place items in the bathroom and mould around the tiles. Great idea to have guests ask for items e.g. body lotion and showercap so not too much wastage for the hotel. Location was really good.

A lovely comfortable clean and safe stay! Everything we needed.

Room was comfortable and reasonably clean. We needed to ask to have dust cleaned off wall above bed. All towels got used to collect water pouring out under the shower door. Staff were mostly quite personable. Location was convenient.
