Everything is unique about this property we love it! The staff is always asking and looking for your comfort while your stay at the premises and is really nice to have such of attention and care from them I recommend this place 100%

Awesome stay!!! The property is super clean and the service is great!! No problems at all during the stay. Ate at the Principessa restaurant. The food was ok. Apart from that everything was great!!

Beautiful hotel...staff needs improvement

Location, facilities, pools and beaches were wonderful. Front-desk staff at first was a bit unpolite, but later (after we dealt with someone else) it improved. Our waiters in the pools were awesome! Our waiter at Marisol? down-right rude.

Very clean and well maintained modern property. Well designed and thought out across 2 very different sites. Most staff are extremely attentive, although one or 2 exceptions did let the overall experience down.
