Super nice but service wasn’t always 100%

Hotel was extremely nice! The staff was friendly but our room wasn’t ready at check in, surprising since we arrived well after. Room was really clean but not serviced after check in. Trash & dirty laundry weren’t taken at all during our stay and started to build up. Didn’t bother us a lot but if a larger family was in the room it could be a real issue. Still, staff was friendly, amenities were great and the hotel was beautiful.

Had a wonderful stay just for a one night stop over. The front desk person who checked me in was rude when I asked about directions to the elevator again. Everyone else was beyond nice and the free breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts.

Room was beautiful and shower felt fancy with glass doors. Free breakfast and hostess' in there were friendly and kept everything full and warm. Pool was outside so first day was great because warm but second day too cold to use. But outside area was nice with firepits. Maids cleaned well and kept area by elevators dey considering right by pool. All areas inside and outside were clean and new looking. Would highly recommend

The check in process and staff in that area were not pleasant. The check in area was not clearly marked and the staff was not very friendly or attentive. Housekeeping was very friendly but rooms could have been kept up a little more throughout the stay.

This was a great hotel. Clean and super spacious for our family of six. The breakfast has a lot of variety, basic stuff to start your day. Super clean and there is a bar and food you can order. Easy access to the freeway was an plus. Overall an excellent stay.
