Failure to disclose important hotel details.

While I appreciate that the hotel is trying to renovate the rooms, the smell of paint and other construction chemicals was nauseating. The room had unfinished baseboard and other trim. Had a terrible nights sleep. Had they waited until the room was finished before allowing guests to stay in it- it wouldn't have received a poor review from me. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by booking this hotel without being told it was under renovation. Also, if I hadn't had to check in late in the evening I would have left.

It was under construction, but was clean except for dust all over the wall in the room. It was very quiet and convenient to everything we needed.

We were not informed of remodeling going on at the hotel. The water was off to the entire hotel when we got there. Ice machine machines did not work in the entire facility, rooms were “in the middle of being remodeled “our room was dirty. Was woken up at 1:47 AM in the morning by police presence with the people next-door, slamming them up against the wall, yelling and screaming. Woke up in the morning to go to the airport to find blood all over the walls

The hotel is going under renovation now. So they was cutting the water on and off and my room still needed some work done. But that’s why I didn’t give a 5 star. I think it will be a nice hotel when they finish and the staff was friendly too. Will stay again

Staff was friendly and it was a quick check-in and check Property, was under construction therefore the flooring/carpet, especially on the floor we stayed at was dirty. Construction crew didn’t bother to clean up after themselves after each day apparently. Overall cleanliness was decent. I would stay here again.

This day was okay for one night. The hallway carpets were dirty and there were holes in the carpets in the room. The bathroom could have been swept a little bit better.
