Dirtiest Motel 6!

This was the dirtiest Motel I have ever stayed at!!!!!! I left early because I couldn’t handle the dirty room, hallway, and elevator, just to name a few. NO way will I ever stay there again!!!!! Nor will I recommend it to family or friends!!!!

Don't stay at Motel 6 in Meridian, Idaho!

I had made a mistake with the day I booked. (booked the 24th by mistake, but stayed the 23rd. The man at the front desk talked rudely to me. He was very flippant! We arrived after 9:30pm, after driving 12 hours that day. My wife and I were charged the price of a suite, about double what I had paid. I told your agent that I had stayed at Motel 6 quite a few times, but wasn't very happy that I had been charged double. His comment was that "Well, I guess you won't be staying at this Motel 6 again. I took quite a few pictures of the "suite" that we stayed in, not quite understanding why the room was called a suite (room 326 I believe). One of the smoke alarms was not affixed to the roof very well. The toilet paper dispenser was very loose. The piping to the island sink was exposed. You can notice other things from the pictures that I took. I've never been disappointed by staying at Motel 6 locations. I've done so in many states. This experience, on a scale of 1-10 would rate about a 3!

Pillow cases were stained from previous guest. Dog food on the floor by the night stand. Bathroom shower was dirty and had hair and stains on the shower curtain. Floors felt sticky and unclean

After checking into my hotel, and unloading my clothes I realized the air was turning on and off even though it was set at a temp. When I went to call the front desk, my phone didn’t work. I had 2 lights burnt out & no microwave or fridge. Archer was absolutely amazing in regard to customer service. He went above and beyond to not only get me a fridge and microwave. He was able to switch me rooms that had working items in there. He also helped me move all of my items from that room into the new one. Archer was friendly and very professional. He made sure that as a customer I was fully taken care of and I fully appreciate that! Thank you, archer.

The room was very good, clean and functional. I like the bigger space since the closet area was taken out and hangers and small shelving were added along the wall. The TV on the wall as opposed to a large dresser also makes a big difference in making more space, just having a couple drawers added in the window well with the AC unit works fine. However, the bathroom in this unit has not been updated. The toilet was in bad shape and inside the tank was pretty gross.
