Good points - central location, comfortable bed, warm Bad points - noise from neighbours (can hear flushes, movement, TV etc), not enough cleaning products, no plug for sink, half of the lights don't work or flicker, hot water runs out quickly, not clear instructions for check in our check out (did not communicate with us until we got in touch with them), lack of natural light, window handle broken. The location just about makes up for the poor amenities in the room. It needs a thorough clean and freshen up.

A disappointing venue. It is in a great location and does have a good hob and a new washing machine but could have been cleaner, have a toilet seat that’s properly attached, have a bathroom door that doesn’t make loud noises when you use it (particularly bad at night), include a kitchen sink plug (no offer to provide one when we raised this and there isn’t a dishwasher to use instead ), and have an electric kettle. To get to the apartment from the external front door requires opening two locked doors in the corridor outside that was dark at night. Some other building residents were talking loudly or shouting on their way home in the middle of the night. Bologna was great but we definitely won’t be staying in that apartment again.

Perfekt beliggenhed - supercentralt og alt inden for gådistance. Masser af restauranter på samme gade og en leben om aftenen - heldigvis ingen støj. Fin lille lejlighed med højt til loftet. God dobbeltseng og ok udstyr i minikøkken. Ingen dagslys.
