Exclusive section of entire XIX century palace in the historic center of Bologna. If you book this listing you will have the entire stairs A of the palace at your disposition.
The stair A is composed of : 5 apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. Terraces are present in 3 of the apartments.
All apartments come with air conditioning, a flat screen smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dishwasher. Towels and linens provided for all.Pets allowed for euro 20,00 one time fee
All the stairs, private access. I do not live in the palace as you will be renting out the entire section A of the palace. I am always available shall you need me !
Located in the historic center of Bologna, Santo Stefano Apartments offers elegant air conditioned studios and apartments with free high speed Wi Fi. Pets are allowed for euro 20,00 for pet for stay. Set within the framework of a historic building, all modern studios and apartments feature exposed inlaid wood beams. The marble bathrooms have a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. In addition, some apartments have a private balcony, while others are in the attic. All the apartments, expect the attic, are enriched by a venetian floor, which reflects the tradition of the bolognese arcades, giving further beauty and grace to the palace. Santo Stefano Apartments is only 10 minutes by taxi or bus from Bologna centrale train station and 25 minutes by car from Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna. The strategic location of the hotel enhances the bolognese experience as it is 10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the major attractions of the city, it is also just a short 7 minutes walk from Giardini Margherita , Bologna biggest public park. Santo Stefano Apartments is located in a limited traffic area (ZTL). Nevertheless, there is the possibility of leaving the car in a paid garage a few meters from the hotel, or parking in the street.
