🚫WATCH OUT OR STAY AWAY🚫
We had variety of issues!
*Owner or Manger (Lady at Reception)i suggest would be good for her learn front management towards customers and when issue present i suggest at least complimentary benefit or discounts especcially when THEY CREATE the problem towards Customers
We call their number multiple times from early morning till lunch to inform of our delay to drive there but no one ANSWER CALL.
Our room was not available when we arrive as they had other Customer insiede and the Lady at "Welcome Owner or Manager" came up with excuse "Sorry Electric Problem tomorrow afternoon will be ready" so we stay in a box smoking area with COCKROACH NO WINDOWS SMELL ROOMS from a shop close there arranged by them 😤not ideal at all.
Next day we received the room we pay for it and also there issue as the Hot Shower wasn't practical usable as also broken and need be fixed
Final the LADY need some manners as after all when i return the key as we were living she didn't even had the decency to look me on the face for more that a second and face down with "Thanks You"
Well i travel around the world and this is very common hope this review help them to improved and alert other's on what to expecting when issue arise.
