Detached family home with private pool on 1 acre property

The Al Monte holiday home is in the hills north of Lucca above the authentic village of Partigliano at 400 meters. The 200 year old house is surrounded by olive and fruit trees and has a fantastic view of the village and the underlying valley. The property offers wonderful places to be together or to enjoy the tranquility in isolation.
The house was restored by the owners in 2007 and now offers comfortable accommodation for 7 people in a unique location. Although Al Monte has retained its rustic look thanks to the original exterior walls made from the typical, local stone type and its original bread oven, it has become a comfortable family home inside.

Beautiful house

Het huis in ontzettend mooi en sfeervol verbouwd en ingericht. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras en het zwembad is prachtig. Om bij het zwembad te komen moet je wel een eindje de heuvel op lopen. In Partigliano zelf is niet veel te doen, maar er zijn in de omgeving wel veel leuke dingen om te ondernemen.

Mega tolle Aussicht Genial liegender Pool Tolles Steinhaus mit viel Charme und Charakter. Sehr sehr freundliche Besitzer Ich kann es nur empfehlen für jeden der nicht in der Touristen Hochburg sein möchte.

Ein einfach eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Tolle Aussicht auch vom Pool aus.

Wir haben mit Freunden eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind zauberhaft. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Smuk beliggenhed

Meget smukt autentisk toscansk villa med skøn pool. Lad være med at leje boligen i sommermåneder, alt for varm. Der er hverken aircondition eller vans. Kunne ikke åbne vinduer for gennemtræk, da der kom skorpioner ind, vi fjernede 6 i huset og flere ved pool. Der var problemer med vandforsyning, havde 1 dag helt uden vand, en del korrespondance med lokalperson for at få håndværker ud og genbesøg kl 6 om morgen på afgangsdag, der arbejdede med dæksel og pumpe og larmede meget. Skønt område og Lucca fantastisk by. Men al for dyr i forhold til blandet oplevelse.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week in dit vakantiehuisje gehad! Het ligt rustig en afgelegen, wel stukje rijden van alle voorzieningen en besienswaardigheden, maar goed te doen. Het zwembad biedt verkoeling op warme zomerse dagen en mooie uitzichten.

Beautiful house

The most amazing holiday house in the picturesque mountains with a stunning pool overlooking the olive groves. Evenings can be spend cooking pizza in the outdoor wood fired oven or just relaxing on the terrace with a view of the hills, forest and small villages. A short drive away from Florence, Pisa, Bologna and the coast. The quality of the local food, whether in restaurants, markets, specialty shops or supermarkets, is incredible. All in all we were happy with everything and can only recommend staying at La Monte.

Familie vakantie Borgo a Mozzano

Prima huis met prachtig zwembad en overweldigend uitzicht waar je kunt genieten van de rust omgeven door mooie natuur. Alle moderne faciliteiten waren aanwezig. De traditionele pizza oven die aan het huis vast gebouwd zat deed het uitstekend en hebben we dan ook meerdere keren gebruikt. Een probleempje met een apparaat was in no time opgelost door het zeer vriendelijke lokale aanspreekpunt. Wij zijn daar geweest met onze familie inclusief kleinzoon van 1 jaar . Die heeft in de middag heerlijk geslapen onder de olijfbomen bij het zwembad. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad en aan te bevelen voor iedereen die van rust houdt en geen moeite heeft om 15 minuten te rijden om boodschappen te doen of iets langer om bijv. Lucca of Viareggio te bezoeken.

Wundervolle Auszeit

Wir haben unsere Ferien in El Monte sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war reibungslos und das Objekt war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pool und die dortige Aussicht über das Tal. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter das Anwesen auch selbst als Ferienhaus nutzen, denn die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll und großzügig hergerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick willkommen geheißen.
