We stayed at the property - 4 room to attend a graduation at the Convention Center. Great location for access to that area however, location is not in the central hub of Boston. No worries though because it's easy to get around via Uber or Lyft. The best reason to stay here is the staff - every team member is so friendly and accommodating! Nice little bar on property and decent breakfast options available. Would recommend if you are looking in the Seaport area.

Well the heater would not turn down kept room at 77 degrees. The toilet is to low for an adult more of the height for a child The shower door leaked all over the floor And the restaurant does not serve breakfast

Called to report late arrival and was told that was fine. Arrived and were told they overbooked. It was very late the front desk did not give directions or assistance just a piece of paper saying they would cover our stay for 1 night at an other location. Front desk told us the morning shift does better with dealing with this. Didn’t give us information on whither we could be there the rest of their stay. When refund would be available etc. it was a night mare. The hotel their forwarded us to also charged us for the night. I am out $400 waiting for refunds all funds tied up and communication has been terrible. waiting for hotels.com to answer too

Great for a congress goer

Great if you attend a even at the congress center, which is acros the street. Not many restraunts in the area though. Room are spacious.

Marathon weekend

The hotel desk staff were very nice and friendly. Explained all of the details of our stay. Rented a car for a couple of days and valet staff were courteous and quick in retrieving our car. Atika(?) not sure if I spelled it correctly was our cleaning lady throughout our stay. We would come back from a day out and the room would be clean and refreshed. She even came back to give us the bottle water she forgot to put in the room

Destination fees are when you are changing me for things that are supposed to be included in the room. Offering to partially comp the value if I eat in the restaurant feels like you’re just pressuring me to do that. I would have happily paid $25/night more for the room without a second thought, but instead I’ve been charged this fee, feel like I’m being scammed, and am leaving this bad review and not returning to your property. I hope $25 was worth it.
