The breakfast was terrible. The waitress was slow, the food was cold (all of it). The gratuity was included. There was a $5.25 TRAY charge!? What the heck is that? The pillows were small and not very soft. We had a view of the brick wall next door. The site said parking available, which is up the street or $68 for valet. Crazy!!

Very old, balcony door was broken always open, furniture from the 1900s in the bedroom old no coffee in the bedroom only tea, tv also so old, towel are old and hanger broken behind the door, terrible experience

Quiet room with privacy and a bed that you could die in. So comfortable. H20 service and a lotion that is velvety on the skin. Big room beautiful views. Hotel restaurant is amazing as well. Get the garden salad with salmon.

For the price the hotel was underwhelming. Room was clean but A/C was turned off, so no air movement, quick fix by finding the hidden on/off switch. No refrigerator in room which was annoying. Cheesy minibar that was empty and turned off. Water provided in little 6oz bottles that were unceremoniously placed on table in lobby within eyesight of hotel staff. The luxury toiletries are guaranteed to be an expired off brand. Oh and then the surprise $30 per night “destination fee” felt a bit like a scam. Wouldn’t stay here again, the tactics used to nickel and dime you are exhausting. Boston has too many hotel choices to waste time with this place.
