Great for the price, easy commuter train

We've have stayed at the Arcadian on 4 separate occasions when even the discount hotel site rates for downtown Boston are too high such as during sporting events. This is a very nice property that is consistently clean. Most importantly, it's right next to a MBTA Green Line C station, making it easy to get into town.

Lounge is large, nice. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and looks new. Staff are nice and helpful, allowing early checking and keep luggage’s after checking out free. Parking fee quite expensive.

I picked the Arcadian because it was close to Agganis Arena for a hockey game. The hotel was modern, clean and easy to get to from the T and easy walk to the BU campus. I would highly recommend!

Overall pleasant, average hotel stay. The garage parking option is weird, and confusing to find when you first arrive. The parking is underneath the hotel with parking being a separate cost.

The day of check-in was ownership change. The transition was handled poorly by management. I was charged an extra $321 with no explanation other than “we just switched systems and we’re trying to figure it out”. Spoke to front desk the day prior to checkout and I was assured it would be taken care of. On check out day the charge was not handled and it remains pending. This is not ok.
