This hotel is okay, but the first night we were in an interior room, horrible, like a jail cell. We moved to the fifth floor and it was better. I wouldn’t stay here again though. Poor shower pressure, gross soap, and a bit run down.

This is a great place and we would book again. Quiet, perfectly located across the street from the T Green Line, spacious common area and breakfast room. The staff is outstanding.

Great hotel!

Fabulous hotel at a very good price in a convenient location for exploring. T station right outside. Good selection for breakfast including fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc. Beds and pillows are really comfy.

Hotel is Okay but the Staff doesn’t care

I would have given this a better review but my check in experience was terrible. I was moved 3 rooms in less than 18 hours because my room type I had reserved as not available. They placed me in a room for the night to change the next day only to be placed in my room type without a working ac and I was told that’s what I would get. I refused to be placed in that room and waited in the lobby for over an hour for one I had booked with ac to become available. The staff didn’t seem to care and always confused about my reservation. The extra overflow parking is also down a back alley so make sure not to get there late because it felt like a very unsafe walk back to the hotel after dark. Had I not had these experiences it would have been a 3-4 star. It is super nice to get on the T and head to Fenway.

I loved this hotel. Migdalia, one of the receptionists was amazing. The manager was very friendly, attentive and very helpful. The continental breakfast was exceptional. I have no complaints of any kind. I will most definitely visit this hotel again.

Nice place to stay. Convenient to Fenway and nearby restaurants. The room was nice and comfortable. The air conditioner was damaged and barely attached to the wall and didn't work well. We also had to pay $45 to park in the garage overnight and it was barely over half full. I would stay there again because of the location.

We arrived at 12pm and asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel until our 4pm check-in. The receptionist was fine with this. However, I wasn’t aware that upon arrival, we would be required to pay a $50 refundable deposit plus an additional $33.51 charge — with no clear explanation of what this fee was for. This brought the total due at check-in to $83.51. As the room had already been paid for in full before arrival, the unexplained $33.51 felt frustrating. If this is a nightly fee, it’s worth being aware before booking. We paid extra for a 1 King Bed, Tower room, which we chose for the promise of peace and quiet. Unfortunately, our room was directly above the car port where guests were picked up and dropped off. It was noisy at all hours, with shouting and disturbances that kept us awake. The furnishings themselves were pleasant, and the bed was comfortable, but the sink had a large, unsightly crack, which added to the overall disappointment. Would I return? Unlikely.

We were there to see Fenway ~ caught a couple games. Good walking distance but is residential so it’s clean and quiet. Highly recommend if going to Boston for the Red Sox! Hotel seemed understaffed at the front desk ~ staff there are working hard though.

Everything was great with the exception of where the room was. A Townhouse room is very small and you feel like you are in a cave. For a $300+ room i was disappointed. I had stayed here 3 other times in the last year and did not know these room s existed. Very disappointed.
