The property wasnt in the best condition. It had some mediocre repairs done like painted bathtub, poorly patched wallpaper, and a burn hole.in the furniture. They also charged $20 for a "breakfast buffet" which would be considered a standard continental breakfast at any other hotel.

Clean and quiet facility. Location is close to most many things. Having a Trader Joe's next door is a big plus. Great service. We got to Boston really early and everyone was so tired. They were able to check us in earlier than the stated 3pm and we appreciated the accommodation. Restaurant next to Lobby is great.

Gave a 2 of 5 star rating for the following reasons. 1. Was informed at check in desk of a $32/day charge for incidentals. Was given three coupons to use in the hotel bar, restaurant or parking garage. No change given when using coupon and total was under $32. Did have to pay anything over and above $32. 2. Paid extra to have a view of the city. Was given room 401, which has a very limited view because of a large wall obstruction to the left. Rooms 501 and 601 have the same issue.
