4 seniors flew into Boston called the hotel for the shuttle and they said approx 25-40 min could be more in case of traffic. So we waited patiently. Driver shows up in about 35 minutes gets out and tells us he only has room for 3. One of us would need to wait another 40 minutes for him to come back!!! Took a Lyft instead. I travel all over and this is unacceptable. They knew how many pick ups and they have two shuttles.

The hotel was prompt in sending a shuttle to the airport to pick us up and when we arrived they arranged everything for our return to the airport in the morning! Rooms were extremely clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Loved the 4:00 a.m. airport shuttle as we really needed it that early. Our room was clean and spacious but somewhat utilitarian. Towels could be softer would be one suggestion. There was no air conditioning that we could discern and that is a bit of a negative for sure.
