Nice clean rooms, staff was very welcoming and friendly. The view and location is maxing. Only con is you if they put you in a room with a connecting door you can hear the people in the other room and is your neighbor is inconsiderate that could be a problem.

It is in a quiet neighborhood setting, about a 10 minute walk to tons of restaurants and about 15 minute walk to nearest subway station

Always a great destination for business travel. Rooms are comfortable, clean and large. Views and neighborhood are great. A two minute walk from Hanover St. On site restaurant and bar are super convenient and good quality.

Staff was terrible. When we arrived baggage person avoided us. Front desk person mumbled had to ask her to repeat 3 times. After showing went to front desk for soap because there wasn’t any person said they would send to room never came

Wow!! What a wonderful stay. My friend and I came for a girls weekend. Our room was wonderful and the staff was AWESOME!! I will be coming back to stay here the next time I come to Boston. Everything is walkable and beautiful views

The best hotel by far of our week long trip! Such a perfect location to walk to everything with lots of restaurants and coffee shops and the Freedom Trail. The view from our room was spectacular of the harbor and city

Lost in the Battery Wharf hotel

There is no bathroom near the Grill Restaurant. One must walk down about 300 steps and cross by ballroom. I did not know I had crossed under the street and was in another building. On exiting the bathroom I was lost . There was no signage to direct you back to the lobby. Fortunately I found a person who informed me I was across the street in another building. Please put up better signage or build a bathroom close to the restaurant

The beds were not comfortable, no shampoo or body wash in the containers, paint was peeling over the shower and mold in the crevices. The internet, cable and elevators were down in the afternoon and evening then the fire alarms kept going off. Luckily it did not turn out to be anything bad but definitely did not put us at ease to get sleep that evening. Its definitely not worth the price we paid. The location was about the only positive.

The only parking is Valet for an additional charge. The multiple buildings was also odd to us.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I really enjoyed the location, near museums, The Seaport, Boston Harbor, the Northend and Fanueil Hall.

beautiful location we had a view of the waterfront which was lovely! Bed was very comfy. Hotel furniture and some amenities were a bit dated and worse for wear. Over all though a lovely stay
