We celebrated our anniversary by visiting Boston and, as usual, chose a Fairmont hotel for our stay. The location was fantastic, and we loved the comfortable bed! Room service exceeded our expectations both times, making our experience even better. However, we did encounter some issues with the bathroom—the water pressure could be improved, and the tub faucet seemed a bit inconsistent. Overall, we had a great time but will chose a different hotel.

Impeccable service loved the reading light hassle free breakfast and rollaway bed upon request that was actually comfortable. Love the ambiance, tiled floor. Concierge was gracious and friendly!

Incredibly convenient locale to Newbury St for great shopping and dining. Perfect locale for an Amtrak in from NYC and train access to TD Stadium. Staff were incredibly helpful and room was excllent.
