I liked the architecture and historic aspects. The staff was extremely polite. The hotel is centrally located. BATHROOM The bathroom was newly renovated. Even though it is small it is quite efficient. The shower is excellent. 2 things need to be altered in that bathroom: 1) door should open into room. It should not open into the tiny bathroom. That door is very obtrusive and makes it difficult to maneuver. Maybe a pocket door or flip the hinges. 2) Add shelves above the toilet for toiletries. There is absolutely no space to unpack bathroom items.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions in the city. The service was attentive and professional. We had great interactions with all employees but Karell Bonds (front desk) was the highlight. He was so anttentive and kind. He helped make sure our travel group were located in the same general area on the floor. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay at this historic hotel.

Rooms are a bit small. Sink seems to be sideways. No comfortable chair in room. Only desk chair. Room was not cleaned on our last day there. Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant service was great. Food was very good. Check in and check out very efficient. Thank you.

The exterior and interior of the building was beautiful! The staff was always helpful and friendly!! 10 min ride to the airport.
