The place was dirty, the room, and there was no restaurant open in the hotel. Only across the park. They wouldn't let me in. I didn't know what to do. My room was dirty, the bathroom dirty. There was no toilet paper, no towels, and the bathtub dirty. I moved in today. I checked into the room at 4 pm and checked out at 7:30 pm.

We loved our stay and would've given 5 stars across the board had the outlets in our room not been an issue. The lamp outlets on the nightstand didn't work and the outlets in the walls were very loose from wear and tear. Fortunately the outlets on the desk worked to charge our phones. Buffet breakfast was delicious and fresh. Room was clean and even had complimentary beds for babies and toddlers upon requests.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

HORRIBLE! Dirty room, barking dog in room next door, pool closed 2hrs early without notice, neglected property. Stay somewhere else! Not a single apology or attempt by staff to make situation right after notifying them! A disgrace to the Hilton brand.

The manager on duty on Sunday paid for my family’s dinner since our finances got messed up due to an automatic payment from the hotel that was charged to our card that we weren’t expecting Definitely made us less stressed so thank you Angelica we’re very appreciative
