The pool was closed. The first room we had before we switched was dirty. The room next us was screaming until 2am, and I tried calling the front desk but no one picked up. And the room looked like it was decorated twenty years ago, and it was in the basement. It stank like a basement, a swimming pool, and an odd damp smell.

While the property was clean and the staff knowledgeable and kind, the marketing including representation of a pool and arcade. While a pool is on site, it’s run by a fitness club. The hours provided by the hotel are meaningless as the fitness club will close the pool to hotel guests allowing their members pool access. The pool restrictions are those of the fitness club. Our adult daughter could not swim with our 10 year old as their specifications of an adult are age 21. The arcade was not open during our two day stay. While a nice hotel, not recommended with children. They do offer a water park for $30/person per day. This is open Fri-Sun.

Very unhappy w this property. Old, outdated — i.e. needs to be renovated, mildew in showers; no Netflix, everything is dusty and dirty — we needed to change rooms at first it was so bad. Seriously, nothing looks like it’s been updated or changed since the 80s. Had to call multiple times before towels were delivered. Toilet is shaky on whether it will flush or not. Barista at Starbucks counter is miserable and the police officer hitting on her is so tacky. Will never stay at another doubletree property bc of this experience. Very annoying and disappointing.
