Challenging to get to your room

We found it very difficult to get to our room. It was a fairly long walk to the hotel entrance from the parking lot. We used the side entrance that the desk clerk suggested but the elevator there was broken so we had another long walk back to the main lobby. One of the main elevators was broken in the morning.

outside of windows need cleaning. 4 tables and only 3 lights. Breakfast was horrible esp at $18.00 each. Day old pastry, unripe watermelon and pineapple. Bad choice of sausage, Not asked if we would like an omelet. 20 minutes before asked if we would like a refill on coffee. Plates not picked up timely. Employees handling fresh fruit with bare hands. Coffee was good. Pool was great. Good customer service by attendant. Can you tell I was in the business?

Room was good size, very clean. Front desk support was excellent. The asst mgr, Debra, went above and beyond finding information on a random (non-hotel) question I asked her!!! Superb!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We got in late after a long day & a long flight from Seattle. The front desk gal, I think her name was Angelina, was so kind & helpful to us. I was very impressed with all the staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable!!

Eh.. The rooms were verry dusty, No ventilation beds kinds sqeaky when lay on them. Bathrooms have bit of blackish mold on ceiling/walls.. The area is fine & outside surroundings clean.

Not happy

Bugs on the bed in the first room they offered us, and yellow gross sheets. We went back and had the room changed to one that had actually been “cleaned” so we thought. The comforter had some sort of brown fecal stain of who knows what found under the bed comforter on the sheet near where you put your head. They also shut the water off before we left upon checking out so I could not even take a shower for the ride home or give my child a bath after going swimming. Very upset and I want a full refund honestly. The cleanliness of this hotel was not great. I don’t know how they have such great reviews.
