The place was nice and clean and the staff were great. However, I made the reservation because of the pool and the waterpark. The pool was closed down one of the nights and the waterpark was not open. My kids were extremely disappointed as was I and my other guests. There was no mention that the waterpark was going to be closed during my time of reservations nor the pool. I probably will not come here again because of that.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very nice with lots of amenities. The room we stayed in was not really up to par. The tub was clogged so we all weren't able to take a shower. When the air conditioner was not running, the room was quite humid and no air flow at all. I feel there could have been some sort of ventilation. There wasn't a bible in the drawer (when did that stop?) There wasn't much lighting. For such a beautiful place, i think that the room was lacking updates, like usb outlets. All in all we did have a pleasant stay and would go back !😉

The shower had hair in it the towels also had hair on them. The AC didn't keep the room cool the heat did work. The outside was not kept clean, dirty diapers in the parking lot along with other garbage. However the beds were comfortable, i would suggest to put bedbug protectors on the beds.

I was disappointed the pool was closed the first day and the water park was closed. Lady at the front desk was not knowledgeable of the area. No vending machines on the 7th floor. Had to go all the way downstairs to get anything

Used the pull out couch for my daughter to sleep on and when we opened it there was old food wrappers inside and food that came falling out . bathroom towels had stains on them , bathroom walls were not cleaned and looked to have mold growing in the top corner . When maids came in to clean they did not take all the trash even though it was set out to be taken . Pool was not open both days we were there due to “cleaning” . Overall just not a good experience at either hotel we stayed at .
