I booked the hotel way in advance to accommodate my physical need and not one handicap accessible room was available. Check in was 3 and I had to wait until 330 to check in my room and needless to say I had to settle for a regular room next to the elevator. Then it poured for a couple of days and it was leaking through the window cil. Management team needs to be revamped.

Hotels.com misrespresented itself. Hotels.com said FREE breakfast, no - that was axed from my room. I did NOT get a free breakfast nor did my partner. It said free shuttle. Nope. Shuttles run 6 am to 10 pm only. Hotels.com mispresented itself and then Hilton washes its hands of all responsibility. It kinda sucked the rug from under our exhausted feet to be turned away at breakfast. Nope, you booked with Hotels.com so you don't get the FREE breakfast without the coupon at check-in.

The manager helped me with a double booking problem that I had with booking. Com . She went out of her way to help me. I had just had open heart surgery. and without hesitation she called me and straightened out the problem. You are lucky to have an employee like her. Thank you.
