Room was pretty clean besides a gum i found on the carpet and hair from previous guest on the blanket and towels. The breakfast was not edible for the most part. Everything tasted frozen and under cooked. Beautiful hotel with a nice pool, love thw lobby esthetics. I didnt like that they charge $100 extra per night for security deposit, i thought it was for the whole stay. Which means if u stay 5 days they ll charge you $500 extra but will give it back once the stay is finished. Good location, it served its purpose.

We called for extra towels and they never brought them. So we called and they never picked up the phone. Very rude of the staff. They serve the same thing for breakfast and the evening reception. By the third morning I didn’t want the same breakfast choices.

The room was clean and the staff was great. I just have never stayed in a hotel where you had to pay for parking and wifi before. And because of that I will look elsewhere next time.

The beds are full size not queen and not very comfortable- very well used. The bathtub was clogged and would not drain so we could not use the shower. The curtain covering the window in the living room was covered in blood or another unknown substance that was splattered ALL over the curtain. We were switched to a different room so my son could shower before his medical appointment and the water was cold. The staff were great and did what they could, but we left tired, not rested, late for our appointment and not feeling clean.

We’ve stayed here several times and never had to pay for parking as we have a handicap plate. We were charged $15.00 today and told the hotel ALWAYS charged for parking. I found that comment rude like I was stupid or something.

First off, we arrived at 1:00am and we booked a nonsmoking room. We were given a room with the door wide open that reeked of smoke and had to go back to the front desk and request a different room. After getting a new room, we approached the room and found out the smoke smell was even worse in this room even though we purchased a non-smoking room. Finally after 3 rooms we got a non smoking room. Every single morning around 8-9 we would have housekeepers knocking on the door even though we had a “sleeping in” tag on the door. They would insist on cleaning the room although we were there another couple days. On the last day, the housekeeper actually opened the door to find me standing there and immediately shut it and left. On top of this the breakfasts at other embassy suites and other hotels like this had excellent breakfasts with so many options. All this breakfast had was omelets, cereal, potatoes, and sausage. Have stayed at multiple different embassy suites. Very under impressed with the food offered at this location. Would book somewhere else if visiting the Boston area.

Cooked breakfast is good, but super slow due to the long line. Very crowded and I waited 30 minutes! By the time I got my omelet, they had taken away the coffee and cups! Room was clean, except there were flies!
