I recently provided this same review of Google!! This was the worst expirience ever!!! We arrived on Friday and was told that we had to pay to park on the hotel property. On Saturday we missed the wedding we came for as a result of waiting an HOUR to exit the parking lot as only ONE gate to exit was working!!! Our hotel room had a filthy shower liner, and the toilet had fecal matter from the previous occupant directly under the seat!!! We asked for a blanket and were told they didn’t have any additional blankets and arrived 45min later with three bed sheets. We asked the next day to have our room refreshed with new wash cloths and they only provided TWO although we had a three day reservation. The carpet had a sticky type of substance which made my wife and I believe it was soiled with some foreign substance!!! i am totally disappointed in this stay and establishment. I will never again stay at this hotel. The entire weekend was ruined as we missed the wedding because of the poorly managed property, not to mention the gross manner in which the room was.

Unresolved Noise Issue and Disappointing Experien

Starting from 10:00 PM, I was unable to sleep due to loud noises coming from the hallway, including loud conversations, shouting, and excessive laughter. The noise continued past midnight. At around 10:10 PM, I called the front desk to report the issue, but nothing changed. At midnight, I attempted to call the front desk twice to complain again, but no one answered. This was the beginning of a long journey, and not being able to get proper rest left me feeling extremely exhausted. I chose this hotel trusting the Marriott brand, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.

This needs to be mentioned because both made it near impossible fix what should have been a simple glitch in the booking website. The hotel needs some minor fixing up like tables and furniture where the finish is rubbing off at the edges and marks on the wall bumpers etc. New carpeting might be needed to be honest. The staff are nice, the hotel restaurant menu could be expanded but for the most part their food is ok. I don't know how to describe this but hotels in the US just are no where near as nice as they are in Europe, it's like the US is a run down country. Paying the same rate for a room in Spain or Greece will get you much better accommodations. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in here in the US over the past five years I'd say this is a bit better than the norm but still it could really be improved.
