Water pressure was fabulous! Room was clean, we were in the older section of the hotel. I hope they plan on remodeling. Compared to our friends room in the new wing our bathroom was small and cramped and no room to put anything on the counter. What I found really weird was there are no towel racks to hang your wet towels. Only the one that is IN the shower. My husband took a shower first and when it was my turn my towels were damp from the shower. So irritating not to have a place to hang towels. A towel rack in the shower does not work. No place to hang a hand towel. Because of all of this it made the bathroom just a chore to use. Please if you’re going to remodel rethink your bathrooms! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My sister in law had just lost her husband and we were there to bury him. The staff helped her with her luggage and the urn, and even found a place in their hotel fridge for the flowers for the ceremony. Like I said…incredibly kind.

We stayed in the hotel for a night only because we wanted to be closer to the airport for international travel. The hotel doesn't offer room service and the nearest eateries were a 5-10 minutes walk (not ideal when you are traveling with kids).

We received great.customer service from housekeeping and Front desk agents. Location is very convenient. Within 5 minutes walk there's an excellent shopping and dinning center. Less than 30 minutes drive from Boston

Not like the pictures

Very hot in rooms, out-dated hearing and AIT conditioning, the blankets were rough, pictures were not what the rooms actually looked like. We were put in an older part of the hotel that obviously had not been renovated like the rest. Did not get any sleep and very uncomfy. Renovated part looks beautiful, hopefully those that stay on that end have a better experience. Unfortunately, will not be staying again.

Unfortunately, our stay failed to meet expectations. The room differed significantly from the advertised images, and excessive noise from children in the hallways persisted from 10:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. We were extremely disappointed. Upon addressing our concerns with the front desk, we received an unhelpful response, consisting of excuses rather than solutions.
