No advance warning airport shuttle at night only stops on second level departures instead of arrivals by baggage. Waited an hour, then called hotel. Very frustrating due to time of night and first visit. Friendly checkin staff but there was a crowd of people and only one desk clerk.

Our booked room was not available

I booked the hotel for my wife and kids who were coming from San Francisco late at night. I wanted to make sure they have a hotel. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people and paid 4 days prior to check in. When my wife and kids and my mother-in-law went to check in, they were given a room with single bed and were told that they have no more rooms cause they are checking in late and the booked room is not available. Excuse me, I dont care what time we check in, if we paid for one of your big rooms with 2 queen for 4 people, you have to provide it, no matter we check in late or not because it has already been paid for. My wife, mother-in-law and 2 kids had a very poor night, cause 2 adults ended up sleeping on the floor on nothing, not even a blanket. It is not a good service, and they blame it on Hotels.com which I also will send a complain to. I was really pissed with this service, and although the manager tried to patch it up with 10.000 points, it will not justify any of the above. It will definitely affect my future bookings in Hilton hotels and through Hotels.com. And I will also reconsider my membership.

I had a wonderful day with my toddler and my teenager perfect with the little pool and the restaurant we had some wings. They were good close to the airport that was comfortable. I slept like a baby.

We have stayed many times at this Hampton Inn over the past 15+ years but this is likely our last visit. While the location is convenient to the airport and Beacon Hill (Boston) the room rates continue to rise and the parking fees introduced a year or so ago are getting outrageous. This is a "good" hotel but nothing "special" and, in my opinion, there are better options in the area. On a side note, I'm not sure if the front desk receptionist was having a bad day but she was very brusk, to the point of being extremely rude, when I asked questions about the "in and out" parking process and fees.

Not worth the price we were charged. Parking is additional $30 for the night. Went to dinner off-site and was charged another $5 for parking. Many cars were parked for off-site airport parking at $17 a day. Just tear down the hotel and make it a parking lot for traveling passengers. Will not return.

The hotel is certainly convenient to Logan Airport. The staff was pleasant and responsive to minor issues we experienced. The room was roomy and quiet. The bed was also comfortable. The courtesy shuttle is a huge bonus. In our case we had a rental car from our travels before returning to Boston for our flight home. We were able to check-in and unload our luggage before returning the rental car the night before our flight. The shuttle picked us up at the rental car center with no issue. Delivery to the airport in the morning was equally as easy. The shuttles operates every 20 minutes during the morning rush. Unfortunately without a car there were not any easily accessible dining options. The hotel is on a heavily traveled divided multi-lane highway which should not be crossed on foot. The hotel offers a limited menu in the bar that was acceptable given our situation. The included breakfast offers the standard hotel fare with a combination of hot and cold foods.
