This was such a beautiful hotel. Every aspect of it was well thought out—even the pull out couch was comfortable and sturdy. We were in room 626. It was a corner room with a noteworthy view. Two queen beds & a couch. The windows had blackout shades. It smelled nice, the staff was kind, the lobby, cafe, bar, and library were pretty. I know I’ve only listed a couple of things here—but it was nearly perfect. My only suggestion would be to have more allergy friendly options in the cafe, but even that was fine because there was so much nearby.

The hotel as a whole is very clean! Our room and bathroom were in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality from the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, Rob (doorman) welcomed us and was attentive to our needs. Also, Hansel (lobby) checked us in and provided great customer service. It is clear this hotel encourages quality service and employs professional staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Dagny is a beautiful historic property with every moderm convenience at your fingertips. It was a plus to be welcomed with a glass of champagne. The room did not feel small at all. Everything was very convenient and in perfect walking distance to everything downtown Boston has to offer. Outside of the construction that started at 7am, I was very pleased with our stay!
