Buen hotel, precio - calidad + area

Ubicado en un area tranquila, con 2 hoteles más y a unos pasos de South Bay Center una plaza con restaurantes, cafeterias, 2 super mercados y varias tiendas de retail conocidas. El cuarto excelente, buen espacio, cocineta completa, muy limpia, baño limpia, cama cómo da, el staff del hotel muy correcto, el desayuno repetitivo, pero bien, estacionamiento en un lote diagonal, panel area patrulla seguridad private y a 8 minutos de la estación de tren Andrew que conecta con las demás sin mucho esfuerzo.

Generally it is pretty good, the reception is 24 hours which is very convenient for mid-night check-in. The staff are very warmhearted and helpful. This breakfast is simply but enough for me. Very close to the South bay shopping center. bus 10 is very close, and the subway is during walkable distance. The gym is not big but satisfy my need. one issue is that there is always a low-toned noise during night which impacts our sleep a little

Bad advice from the front desk :(

We arrived on Friday around 4 pm on Labor Day weekend. We had tickets to see the Boston Red Sox play that evening. Upon check in I asked about the game with the desk servic agent, because we saw rain in the forecast. He replied that the game was postponed for the evening and they would play a doubole header most likely on Sunday. We went to our room a little confused but started putting our belongings away and looking for a place to have dinner. It really started to bother me, since I knew games rarely cancel hours before the gametime, so we looked it up and the game never once said canceled or postponed. We went back down to talk to the same service representative, a young man, dark complection, with curly hair, and he said the game was back on. Never did he attempt to call our room to let us know. We hurried and called and had them call us a cab asap. We missed the first 2 innings of the game, and we all had paid $100 for the tickets. The game was never postponed or canceled, so why did he say that to us, and almost has us miss the very game we came into Boston to see?

My family and I stayed at the hotel for one night when we were visiting Boston. It was a good stay. Beds were clean, sofa was a bit hard to sleep on. It had free breakfast which was nice. Parking was right across the street from the hotel.
