Off the main road on a side street was this extremely well-kept, immaculate, and very cozy vacation rental. TV Screens avaiable in every bedroom and living room. Well appointed (there was even a Christmas Tree provided!) and when there was a heavy snow we woke up to find everything shoveled and our car was cleaned off! Will use them again.

Roomy and lots of potential

Well located place only 45 minutes away from downtown Boston, close to a couple of stores, nice beaches and only few minutes away from the ferry. You can see this house had some serious work done to it, but it's still a work in progress... There were many things that really really bothered us that could easily be fixed: the plastic plates, the plastic glasses (even the wine glasses), not enough utensils, the really thin mattresses, some walls and doors would really need a new coat of paint, the wobbly kitchen table and the router dropping every 5 minutes.

Perfect for our Family!

The house was perfect for our family, we had a great time! The location was awesome, you can see the water from the front of the house and the beach is a 2 minute walk. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. The house was spacious and roomy. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. The layout of the downstairs bedroom is a little different than what is shown online, instead of a queen size bed, there is a pull out couch, but it worked for us! The coffee pot takes k-cups, we were told it was a drip so that was a little wrinkle as we took a bag of coffee, but had to go buy k-cups. The windows in the dining area were a little smeared and dirty, it was hard to see the beautiful view, but I took a minute to clean them so we could enjoy the view of the water. The only thing that we really didn't care for was the glass table in the dining area, there wasn't much room to sit and you couldn't move the table as the pieces are separate. Other than those couple of minor things, we really enjoyed our stay!

Christmas

Every year we Mainers, meet friends from Philly, our former home, somewhere near Boston to celebrate Christmas and New Years. This year, our host actually had a beautiful Christmas Tree set up for us. We had wonderful time in a modern, comfortable, convenient home, less than 30 minutes from North Boston where we had New Years dinner. Highly recommend staying here.
