About this property

SeaWitch Cottage – Stylish Spot by Shops & Sea

Originally built in the 1600s, rebuilt in the 1800s, and lovingly restored in 2025 by a family of Massachusetts women and their community of craftspeople. This home is a celebration of history, heart, and healing. May its magic bring you comfort and clarity.

Please note, that this is a third floor apartment, which grant it the water views. That said, plan on packing a bit lighter since the staircase is a bit tight.
Guest access
Full access to this private apartment and one parking spot.
Other things to note
This is an antique building (like everything in the area). That said, the windows require some elbow grease to open. This antique charm is exactly why we love it (chestnut exposed beams, original flooring, restored windows).

Additionally, this is a third floor apartment, so please take note if you have mobility challenges.

Minimum age to book: 25
