Check in/out was friendly and efficient. Rooms clean , great beds. Housekeeping is a mess. Room for 2 upon checkin only had one set of towels, had to ask Twice for more face towels and never got them . Was there for 5 nights . Starbucks closed on Sunday because they want you to eat expensive FULL BUFFET.

The staff is flooding the reviews, this hotel is not excellent, it's well below average. Never stay at this property, dirty room, sheets, bathroom. dishonest rude staff. Everything went wrong at this property. I stayed here 15 years ago and had a similar experience, this time things were taken too far and I could have gotten seriously hurt. No matter what is going on, you need staff who have high integrity. Everyone I encountered lied and did stuff they should never have done. Too much to go into details but the staff lack a morals, they went all out to make the stay as uncomfortable as possible. Pretended to fix a problem only to create another, I shortened my stay and left.
