Exept the location of the hotel to be good. However, practically everything inside is out of service. For instance, the ice machine has no ice, one of the three elevators dont work, and there is nothing to eat for breakfast. To add on, theirs also varies flies that appear every now and then they get pretty annoying. Overall, I had a horrible experience in this hotel.

Great location! Easy access to the city and airpor

Love the location. Nice to have the beach right across the street. Restaurant had good food and drinks. Friendly staff. Parking is extra ($15) but it was hard to find a space. First room we were assigned smelled like cigarette smoke so we easily transferred to another room that didn’t have that problem. Would definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t wait to write a review for this hotel. I will say I will never stay at this hotel ever again. We showed up to an unprofessional group of employees. They argued and fought behind the front desk. One time I walked up and a girl was on her phone between the front desk and the back room. It took her a couple minutes to realize I was there. We needed more towels and 3 hrs later got towels at our door with an upset employee like we were putting him out. Like he had something better to do. The way they treated us was horrible. Traveling with 4 children we needed the pull out sofa bed. Our first room it was totally destroyed and wouldn’t pull out. They put us in another room which we were glad for. Another big issue with the room was the layout. They split the room long ways so we had no walk ways between the beds and the bathroom. The bathroom door was a big roller door that didn’t latch and was frosted glass so anyone using the bathroom at night woke everyone up because it lit up the whole room. I personally used the lobby bathroom because there was no privacy using the room bathroom. Everyone heard everything!! lol. Speaking of the lobby bathroom…… most 7-11 bathrooms were nicer than the lobby. Hand towel dispenser was half way torn off the wall. There were times there wasn’t any toilet paper. Definitely a failure. It seemed everywhere we looked there was something broken, didn’t work, just a horrible experience. If I could write more about this experience I would.

You cannot beat the location of this property. The subway is behind the hotel, the beach is across the street, Starbucks off the lobby and the restaurant Dryft-Revere was the best food we ate while in Boston. Made a point to end one of our days early so we could eat a second time. There is also a convenience store around the corner to pick up snacks. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Don’t deny housekeeping. We normally do but if you go to the beach at all you will want it. I would suggest finding a way to allow guests to get the sand off their feet when they come in from the beach but I understand then you would just have a wet lobby instead of a sandy one. The negatives were manageable. One of the elevators isn’t working properly but once you figure it out, it’s fine. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast, nothing special. When we came in from the airport, we planned to use the shuttle. Took me probably 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone at the front desk to arrange the shuttle and then the driver was obviously behind and in a rush with the way he drove and the phone call we over heard from the hotel staff about another transport. Lastly, the room was not my favorite. It is a new property so there isn’t anything to be done but the bathroom runs parallel to the beds and the sliding door to the bathroom is that frosted glass therefore when someone goes to the restroom in the middle of the night, the light is bright in the room.

The front desk staff were friendly and addressed all of our concerns. I really appreciate them specifically Jacob and X. The breakfast staff were horrible. They were so rude and ruined our experience. I asked them a fork 5 mins after the breakfast hour was over, and they rejected my request.

I enjoyed the convenience of the beach, and the breakfast location with an ocean view. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t like that water came out of the shower onto the floor. There needs to be some kind of rubber barrier between the floor and the shower area.

Initial room was a beautiful ocean view but the room had a putrid odor we were unable to stay in the roomt smell was to overwhelming. ( it was worse than old cat pee) The room was dark due to broken light they could not fix it any time soon, the worker said it was a bad Canadian product. The 2nd room was small partial ocean view, they promised to get us an ocean view or compensate us. No one followed up with spoke with 5 people including a Supervisor all with great promises and nothing. This room was also dark but worse it was dirty, white comforter and furniture had visibly large stain Paid for ocean view not provided or reimbursed. Spoke with Manager who promised to compensate and make right, emailed Hotel Manager Gabriel Morales and Property Manager Billy Richardson and 7 days later no response. Disappointing - stayed at many Marriotts and SpringHill and they were great sadly this was horrible. First impression in the lobby is great however they are understaffed and do not care about the customers. We reserved for 5 people (reunion group) paid for 5 people but constantly had to go pick up shirts and towels and bedding for the pull out. They didn't have staff to bring them or set up the room correctly. The clerks and leaders listen intently to your concerns, make promises then do nothing. I don't usually leave reviews but this one needed it.
